Phenomenological Attitude in Descriptive Phenomenological Psychological Research

Phenomenological approach is one of the leading approaches in practice qualitative psychological research. Two perspectives can be distinguished it: descriptive phenomenology and interpretive phenomenology. A researcher intending to apply a phenomenological strategy expected able attitude, which plays key role both process data collection analysis. This article focuses on field based E. Husserl’s philosophy represented by A. Giorgi F. Wertz context psychology. The purpose reveal essential characteristics unfold theoretical emphases provide certain practical insights for those researchers who decided conduct study. Literature analysis used achieve goal. attitude described using two contexts – psychology its assumptions briefly presenting both, revealing their connections distinguishing features.
